Approximately few hours Back we found an Abnormal Shutdown on our NY001 Node and after Investigate we found some Hardware Issue. We are working with our DC to fix the issue as early as possible.
We are facing some Hardware Issue on Our FR Shared Hosting Server. We are currently setting up a New server and Restore the all users account on it. The process should be completed in next 1-2hrs.
