[URGENT] SH21569 Frequent Reboot issue - STABLE

Update 4- 12th March 2026 - 14:00hrs IST (GMT +5:30) - The Server has been Stable for last 4 Days without any issue. We will still monitor the Status for few More Days.

Update 3- 8th March 2026 - 12:30hrs IST (GMT +5:30) - Further we notice the CPU might be damaged which caused the Kernel Panic. We replaced the CPU and now the server is up again and further no error showing while booting. We are closely monitoring the status.

Update 2- 03:10hrs IST (GMT +5:30) - After Investigate we found the Lasted 2 Kernels of CentOS 9 which is the Base OS of the Host Node causing the Frequent Reboot. We have added 2 Previous Version of Kernel and Impleneted One of them and monitoring the Status.

From last 2 Days we are facing some weird Random Reboots with one of our Server SH21569. We are trying to figure out the root cause and try to fix the issue asap.
