We notice our Entire Seattle Network was down and as per conversation with DC we update the details.

Stage 1 - We raised a ticket with DC to check the issue . Once they reply with an update it will let you know the status. Thanks for your patience.

 

Stage 2 - DC Replied that one of our Core Switch is not responding. They are working on it to make it Fix.

 

Stage 3 - DC is going to change the faulty Switch. Once they are done the network will be accessible again.

 

Stage 4 - New Switch has been configured. But the Network is not yet Up. DC is checking the Physical Fiber Cable between our Racks.

 

Issue Resolved.
